As promised in my pre-2020 post, I'm going to be showing more of my "everyday outfits" which seems to be a popular choice with you. Apologies for the quality of these photos which were mostly taken with my mobile. I've included links where these items are still available. Nothing was gifted.
Above: my 2019 "Christmas Jumper." I prefer a festive jumper (sweater to our US friends) that's glam rather than amusing because it gets a lot more wear. In this picture, I'm ready to face the day in California where I went on business in December. The UK team had Slacked everyone before we left, saying we were to wear Christmas jumpers but in the end not many did.
I didn't mind because I love this jumper from Sosandar. and it washes a treat on the delicates cycle (if you were interested). I'm wearing it with black velvet trousers and my gold boots from the Boden kids' range (half the price!).

This was my outfit for Christmas Day - an old pink top from Warehouse and blue jeans. I don't usually dress up if it's just the two of us. On Boxing Day I wore the outfit at the top.
This is what I wore on the plane to the US. My favourite, and most comfortable, jeans - very old, from Marks and Spencer; my artichokes blouse (which the barista at Pret liked so much he gave me a free cappuccino!), my gold boots and an ancient green cashmere cardigan. The pouch was a gift from colleagues many years ago - it has the logo Marco Polo - and I always wear it on business trips to carry my passport and money.
The same pink top from Christmas Day worn with a pink cashmere cardi from Boden (other colours), and a velvet skirt from Kettlewell with purple tights and white boots.
There's a feast of Mutton this week - I'm back tomorrow with Sentence a Day for December, and on Wednesday with a big announcement and ask.
