The good news is, the embellished kimono, which tinkles as I walk, is reduced from £90 to £58.50. I love white in winter too because it's so unexpected, so this could be a great look for a Christmas party, substituting some velvet trousers perhaps for the white jeans, and white boots for the silver sandals.
Here I'm wearing it with plenty of shimmer and shine with a sequinned silver top, white wide legged jeans, silver sandals (similar), and a cute pearled evening bag from my collection.
My grandmother would have said "not a very practical outfit," bit that's why I like it.
Wearing silver and sparkle is like wearing pearls in that it reflects and casts light on your face, giving a more youthful look.

That's my bit of sparkle for Wednesday! Now let's see yours. Last week's readers' favourite was Laurie from Vanity and Me with her post I'm Just A Girl Who Likes Clothes (know the feeling!). It's a great post from Laurie who covers beauty and some very desirable outings as well as what she's been wearing lately.
You are right, it would look fab for Christmas or new years eve. Very unusual and glam and new years Eve is not practical so perfect .
