Be still my beating heart, for I have found a pair of lilac brogues! I love brogues - they're a stylish addition to any outfit and can look a bit edgy - and I love lilac as well. So I was thrilled to find this pair of Brighton brogues from British firm Yull at The Bias Cut.com. They'll look great with jeans and trousers, but also with a long skirt as an alternative to white trainers.
I was remarking to Jodie the other day about how I can no longer wear statement earrings because the're hidden by my hair, which I'm growing. So on this occasion I'm wearing one statement earring with my hair off the ear (but very chilly it was too!).
I teamed the brogues with purple tights: UK Tights have a superb selection of hosiery; a long silver pleated skirt, an old item, and a purple cashmere jumper from Marks and Spencer. The bag is a perfect colour match for the shoes. They look a bit pink below but on the site they're described as "aqua purple."No items were gifted for this post.
